Touch the ocean with your heart, the ocean is right in front of you; Touch the world with your heart, and the world is in your heart. 3. If you let go, you must learn to turn gracefully; Learn to cherish everything you gain. 4. People who understand you don't need to explain; People who don't understand you don't need or deserve an explanation. 5. Imprisonment only deepens their desire for freedom; Indulgence only increases the length of pain. 11. The reason why people suffer is because they pursue the wrong things. 12. People who do not receive enough blessings will often hear right and wrong; People who have enough blessings have never heard of right or wrong. 13. Learning Buddhism is about confessing one's conscience, not showing it to others. 14. Don't say others are pitiful, you are even more pitiful, and you know how much life is. 15. If you don't trouble yourself, others will never be able to trouble you. Because in your own heart, you can't let go.
