Buddhist Zen language that cleanses the soul
Buddhist Zen language that cleanses the soul
1. The clarity of water is not because it does not contain impurities, but because it knows how to precipitate; The clarity of the heart is not due to the absence of distractions, but rather to a clear understanding of choices.
2. If a person wants happiness, they cannot be too smart or too foolish. Being too smart is something to guard against, being too foolish is something to manipulate, and it is difficult to be confused. This state between intelligence and foolishness is called wisdom.
3. The stronger a person's self-healing ability, the more likely they are to approach happiness. Be a reserved person with a sea in your heart, without hurting others or harming yourself. In a state of indifference, be peaceful and at ease.
4. Don't worry too much, don't argue too much, have a causal cycle, live calmly, and live without shame in my heart. People are doing things, and heaven is watching.
5. All encounters will eventually part ways, it's just a different way of saying goodbye. There are no regrets or misfortunes in this world, just because all the stories in this world start from fate and end from fate.
6. Worries arise every day, and if you don't pick them up, they naturally disappear. Floating things, heart matters, let those come and go, calmly welcoming and sending. There is a saying in Zen Buddhism: never forget the kindness of others, ignore the grievances of others, never think about the faults of others, and never think about the mistakes of others.
7. Time is really the best span in this world, making pain pale, making persistent people choose to leave, and then going through the vicissitudes of life and people coming and going, you will understand that everything is fate, not at all.
8. There are too many things in life that one cannot bear to see. Seeing and understanding them clearly is all about finding sadness. Covering life with a thin mist is not self deception, but self-protection. Being too serious in everything, putting in too much effort, and exhausting oneself.
9. As soon as the flowers bloom, as soon as they fall, it's just the moment when they bloom and fall. With just one turn, they walk half a lifetime's distance.
10. No matter how good yesterday was, I couldn't walk back; No matter how difficult it may be tomorrow, we must continue with our feet raised. Life is about emotions; Life requires quality. You should understand that your mind is not empty when there is nothing, not chaotic when there is something, not afraid of big things, and not slow when it comes to small things.
11. There is as much care in life as there is pain, and as much tolerance as there is happiness. If the heart cannot let go, it naturally becomes a burden. The more burden there is, the less happy life will be. So, why bother ourselves and hurt others and ourselves.
12. In this world, the most important thing is to be a good person, understand self love and self-esteem, and have a calm and fulfilling soul that can withstand the impact of fate and deserve its blessings. If that's the case, then one can be considered the master of fate.
13. In life, not arguing is compassion, not debating is wisdom, not hearing is purity, not seeing is freedom, not being greedy is giving, cutting off evil is doing good, repenting is repentance, humility is worshipping Buddha, keeping etiquette is holding precepts, forgiveness is liberation, contentment is letting go, and benefiting oneself is benefiting oneself.
14. Disappointments in the world are common, and there are very few people who can be obedient to you and things that can make you achieve your wishes. If you have to care, no one or thing can satisfy you. A person who lives for a lifetime only seeks peace of mind, why not have trouble with oneself. The heart is one inch wide, the road is one zhang wide.
15. In a person's kindness, there is luck hidden. In the unpredictable future, the blessings you accumulate often bring you unexpected joy. So I firmly believe that being kind to others and releasing goodwill to the world can always lead to a good outcome.
16. Looking at the world through critical eyes, people full of flaws and mistakes; Looking at this world through arrogant eyes, filled with lowly and foolish people; Through the eyes of wisdom, you will find that everyone deserves respect and learning. There is compassion in the heart, and there is no one who looks down upon; The heart has wisdom, and there is nothing that cannot be seen.
17. A person lives a lifetime, although the endpoint is the same, the process is not always the same. Some people feel comfortable and happy, with smooth sailing, while others are bumpy and bumpy. Along the way, what we have pursued is nothing more than loving each other and growing old together, having abundant food and clothing without worries. Throughout one's life, one must either have money or love in order to live a fulfilling and fulfilling life.
18. In life, don't force yourself when encountering things. There is always a certain number that belongs to you, and it will eventually be yours, not yours. Pursuing it hard doesn't necessarily mean you can get the love you want. Don't force yourself too hard because some of them are forever unattainable, while others may not belong to you for a lifetime. Being too persistent often only leads to harm.
19. If you have a beautiful heart, there is nothing to be troubled about; If you have kindness in your heart, there is no one to hate; If the heart is simple, all the troubles in the world become empty. Be a good person, with a positive body, a peaceful mind, and a stable dream; To do good deeds, heaven knows and earth judges ghosts and gods. If you don't doubt it, the world is not cold. If you don't leave, the world is not far away. If you don't hate, the sky is warm. If you don't speak, the world will be at peace.
20. Take the right path, let go of careless hands, make friends with the right path, cut off friends without righteousness, drink pure tea, abstain from fancy wine, open the door to convenience, and close the mouth of right and wrong. Do not mistreat every passion, nor please every indifference. Do not make things difficult for others, do not trample on yourself. If fate is there, do not push it, if fate is not there, do not seek it. Welcome when you come, bless when you leave, everything will follow fate and let nature take its course.
21. Avoidance is not necessarily something that can be avoided; Facing it may not necessarily be the most uncomfortable; Solitude does not necessarily mean unhappiness; Obtain; Not necessarily long-lasting; Losing doesn't necessarily mean there's no more; Turning around doesn't necessarily mean being the weakest. Don't rush to say that there is no other choice, thinking that there is only right and wrong in the world, and many things have more than one answer, so we always have a way to go.
22. Life is a process of self-awareness, an outward pursuit, an illusion. Being able to observe the inner world is a kind of wisdom. The inner world is never hurt, and all self righteous harm can be considered a false meaning. Finding oneself and seeing one's inner world, there is no self outside the heart, nothing outside the heart, and no world outside the heart.
23. Slowly, I realized that in this lifetime, one must withstand lies, perfunctory actions, deception, and forget promises. Slowly, I realized that perseverance does not necessarily mean victory, giving up does not necessarily mean giving up. It's better to turn around elegantly than to crash into a wall. Give yourself a circuitous space, learn to think, learn to wait, and learn to adjust. In life, there are many times when what is needed is not only persistence, but also the freedom to look back and smile.
24. To make Congee, three decimetres of rice and seven decimetres of water are needed. To handle things, one should divide oneself into three parts and others into seven parts. Be three times serious and seven times tolerant towards friends. We should have three parts of love and seven parts of responsibility for our family. When reading an article, you should read it three times and grade it seven times. Drink until three minutes drunk and seven minutes awake. Three to seven is just a weighing of life.
