Zen is a unique philosophy full of simple dialectical principles -& mdash;“ The Great Way Returns to One ";, As Laozi said: "; Keep one and use ten thousand.
1. Say some joyful words every day to motivate yourself not to be sad; Do something beneficial every day to motivate oneself to integrate into the public; Talk about some intellectual things every day to motivate yourself to grow in wisdom; Every day, examine the compassionate image of the saint and motivate oneself to increase the goodness and beauty within. Don't think that happiness is on a distant shore, we should learn to cultivate the things around us into happiness.
2. The greater the openness of the heart, the more people it can accept. If one only lives in their own feelings, they will not notice the existence of others, resulting in being alone.
3. Don't find happiness in the eyes of others, otherwise you will always be sad. Don't seek dignity in others' mouths, otherwise you will always be humble. Always maintain awareness, clarity, and understanding. Truly loving oneself and being one's own master is the only way to have freedom in life, to fully express oneself, and to leave no regrets!
4. Following fate is not about living a simple life or following the rules, but about following the will of heaven to the best of one's ability.
5. Do not criticize others in front of third parties, and do not speak ill of others behind their backs. Smart people never relax themselves, they fill themselves with wisdom through diligent learning.
6. Don't be afraid to do something wrong. Even if you are wrong, don't be upset. Life is about right and wrong, let alone many things. Looking back, right and wrong no longer matter.
7. Someone once said: Appearance is a reflection of a person's soul, and face is the solidification of a person's emotions. Indeed, when a person has good intentions, is a good person, has culture and taste; Joy fills the heart, joy reflects the face. She will surely become more beautiful and flavorful, while conversely, she will become uglier and shrink. Take responsibility for your appearance and fill your heart with compassion.
8. If complaining becomes a habit, the soul is like being shackled, without a moment of liberation. Only by letting go of complaints can one experience the freedom and happiness of life.
9. There is no one in the world who will never be slandered, nor is there anyone who will always be admired. When you speak too much, others criticize you; when you speak too little, others criticize you; when you remain silent, others still criticize you. There is no one in this world who is not criticized.
10. Leave some benefits for others to take, leave some paths for others to walk, and leave some time for oneself to think. Always remember to leave some room in life, not to be reckless, not to be decadent, not to be nervous, not to slack off, not to be complacent when you gain, not to be depressed when you lose, and to be calm and composed between gains and losses.
11. When you face things with a troubled heart, you will feel that everything is karmic and the world will become ugly and hateful.
12. The monks were climbing the mountain when a disciple fell and grabbed a thorn, and his hand was cut. Zen Master: Thorns are accustomed to attaching to other things, but if you attach to them, of course you will suffer for yourself. Don't rely on people you can't rely on.
13. Don't be afraid to do something wrong. Even if you are wrong, don't be upset. Life is about right and wrong, let alone many things. Looking back, right and wrong no longer matter.
14. There are flowers in spring, moon in autumn, cool breeze in summer, and snow in winter. If there is no meddling in one's mind, it is a good season in the world.
15. Both good and bad are our own hearts. If we don't persist, everything will be good and bad will become better. If we persist and see nothing good, good will also become bad.
16. Human desires are very strange, often craving for something, but quickly losing interest after obtaining it. Although holding something that others envy in their hands, they always envy others' hands. We yearn for the distance, but it is also a place that some people are tired of. Perhaps only by experiencing the world can we understand that what we have in front of us is truly what we should cherish. Because: the distant is scenery, the near is life.
17. You must always forgive sentient beings, no matter how bad they are, or even if they have hurt you, you must let go in order to truly find happiness.
18. Life reminds us that hatred is a burden in life, and we should not live a life filled with resentment. The small freshness of life is how to resolve the hardships of life, how to turn those turbulent troubles into calm and peaceful. Blooming is wonderful, falling is calm, this is life.
19. If the heart is simple, life is simple; If the heart is complex, life is full of pain.
20. Throughout the four seasons of life, with the alternation of cold and heat, one can calmly appreciate the joys and sorrows of life, and laugh at the ups and downs.
